When placing an order before 14:00, we send the goods through Nova Poshta on the day of the order. Orders placed after 14:00 are sent the next day.
To receive and inspect the order, you must have an identity document with you. The recipient's data must match the data provided during the order placement.
Pay attention! When receiving the order, you have the right and are obliged to fully check the integrity of the goods, absence of defects, completeness, appearance, and compliance with the order. This is especially important if the delivery is made by a courier.
Pay special attention to the following points:
— Check for defects, cuts, tears, damage to lace, straps, signs of use.
If you find damage to the goods, defects, incomplete set, or non-compliance with the order, you must refuse to accept it and indicate the reason for refusal and the identified defect (if any) in the return application.
If you did not check the goods at the branch or upon receipt from the courier and later decide to return it, citing external damage, incomplete set, non-compliance, or other shortcomings for which it is impossible to determine the cause and time of their occurrence, the delivery service may refuse to accept the goods.
